THE PATH: A LEADERSHIP RETREAT IN THE SACRED ANDES
Walk with Presence. Lead with Humility. Live in Reciprocity.
Every leader reaches a point where reflection and realignment become essential. The Path is designed for those ready to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves, with the people and projects they lead, and with the broader rhythm of life. Rooted in the Indigenous Andean teachings of presence, humility, and reciprocity, this retreat provides space to step away from daily demands, gain clarity on your purpose, and return home equipped to lead with focus, integrity, and grounded vision.
A sacred pilgrimage for leaders ready to realign their vision, renew their energy, and remember why they are here. This is a return to essence, an invitation to lead not from striving, but from presence; not from control, but from harmony. Transformation is sacred work, and The Path offers a sanctuary for the courageous journey of personal and collective growth.
Journey Itinerary
December 4-12, 2025
DAY 1 — ARRIVAL IN CUSCO: OPENING THE SACRED PATH
Welcome to Cusco, the spiritual heart of the Andean world. At 11,000 feet above sea level, you arrive in a landscape where sky and earth meet, where time slows and the sacred becomes tangible. After your airport arrival, you’ll rest and acclimate before gathering in the evening for a Welcome Dinner and Opening Circle. Together, we’ll set intentions for this journey, anchoring ourselves in presence, humility, and gratitude as we open the way for transformation.
Overnight Cusco | Meals: Welcome Dinner
DAY 2 — TEMPLE OF THE PUMA: STRENGTH & PRESENCE IN LEADERSHIP
We begin at Qoricancha, the Temple of the Sun, the energetic center of the Andean world. Here, we explore the Andean Cosmo-Vision, a worldview grounded in reciprocity and right relationship with all beings. Following the energetic lines of the city, we ascend to Saqsayhuaman, known as the “head of the Puma.” The Puma teaches presence, courage, and inner strength. Through reflection and embodied practice, we awaken these qualities within, learning to lead in service to life itself.
Overnight Cusco | Meals: Breakfast
DAY 3 — THE CONDOR’S FLIGHT: EXPANDING VISION AND PERSPECTIVE
Our day begins in the creative heart of Cusco with a private visit to a local artisan family whose art preserves ancestral symbology. Their dedication reminds us that leadership is also a form of artistry, an offering to something greater than ourselves. From there, we journey into the Sacred Valley, visiting Pisac, the temple of the Condor, guardian of higher vision and connection to the spiritual realm. Here, in a place of transformation, we open to new perspectives, remembering the deeper purpose behind our work and service.
Overnight Sacred Valley | Meals: Breakfast
DAY 4 — THE WISDOM TEACHINGS: LIVING & LEADING IN RIGHT RELATIONSHIP
We settle into the Sacred Valley for a day of reflection and integration. Guided by the Andean principles of Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity) and Sumaq Kausay (Living in a Good Way), we explore new ways of leading rooted in balance, harmony, and presence. As evening falls, we gather around the fire for a Despacho Ceremony, a traditional offering to the Earth and Cosmos. With humility and focus, we give thanks for the gifts of life, aligning our energy with the greater cycles that sustain us.
Overnight Sacred Valley | Meals: Breakfast, Light Lunch
DAY 5 — INTEGRATION & RENEWAL
A day to rest, reflect, and integrate the wisdom that is unfolding. You may spend time journaling, walking in nature, or receiving a private healing or mentorship session. In the evening, we gather for a Leadership Integration Circle, a space of honest reflection and shared insight. Through dialogue and presence, we begin to embody the qualities of reciprocity, humility, and mindful leadership in our daily lives.
Overnight Sacred Valley | Meals: All meals
DAY 6 — INTO TINAJANI: ENTERING THE GREAT SILENCE
We journey deeper into the Andes, arriving in the breathtaking Tinajani Valley, regarded as the Library of the Earth, a living record of ancient memory and wisdom. Surrounded by canyons and expansive skies, we enter the Great Silence, a time to listen beyond words. Here, we reconnect with our place within the larger fabric of life. That night, under the constellations of the Southern Sky, we sleep close to the Earth, in reciprocity with her stillness, her beauty, and her guidance.
Overnight Camping | Meals: Breakfast, Box Lunch, Dinner
DAY 7 — CIRCLE IN THE CANYON: REBIRTH OF THE VISION
Within the canyon, we hold our Sacred Leadership Circle, a day of reflection, renewal, and prayer. Here, we listen deeply to the soul’s wisdom, guided by ceremony and the ancient energies of the Andes. This is a moment of rebirth, to release what no longer serves, renew our commitment to purpose, and anchor the clarity that will guide our leadership forward with presence and alignment.
Overnight Camping | Meals: All meals/snacks
DAY 8 — RETURN TO CUSCO: CELEBRATION & GRATITUDE
We return to Cusco, carrying the insights and blessings of the journey within us. The afternoon offers time for reflection or rest before our Closing Celebration Dinner, an evening of gratitude and joyful reciprocity honoring the path we have shared. Here, we commit to walking forward with humility and presence, leading from the heart and in service to the greater whole.
Overnight Cusco | Meals: Breakfast, Celebration Dinner
